- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment
- Avoid major dental work for 2 weeks before and after filler
- You may take arnica/bromelain 2-5 days prior to treatment
Post-treatment care
- Avoid exercise for 24 hours following treatment
- Avoid facials, waxing, massage or laser over treated area for 2 weeks following treatment
- Over-the-counter arnica gel can be used to help with bruising
- You may apply a cold compress for the first 24 hours to help with bruising and swelling
